We are really excited to share with you some of the pictures and motivational videos from the “EXP” organized youth exchange project “EGO VS ECO” which took a place in Funchal, Madeira Island this September.
42 people from 7 different countries (Portugal, Latvia, United Kingdom, Romania, Slovakia, Turkey and Cyprus) came together to emphasize the importance of existing land and ocean pollution, extinction of wildlife, how our own ego and comfort impacts the nature around us, and develop pro-environmental practices both in our communities and internationally.
The youth exchange "EGO vs ECO" made us more motivated and open-minded explore and learn about the unique nature and come up with environmental solutions, rediscover ourselves and understand the views of others, made us test ourselves in working on a high-speed youth exchange full of practical assignments, experience activities such as hiking, creating motivational videos, brainstorming, diving, cultural exchange, debates, recycling and litter picking and much more.
