was a 6 days mobility for young people that took place in Hundslund, Denmark from 22 of April until 29 of April 2024. Host organisation was Youth Group "Northern Lights" from Denmark. The youth exchange gathered 56 participants coming from North Macedonia, Spain, Turkiye, Denmark, Bulgaria, Slovakia, Italy.

Project “Strong and green communities – facing the challenges of tomorrow” had the aim to explore the concept of adaptable and resilient communities which are able to resist, accommodate and recover from challenges and hazards linked to changing climate, environmental deterioration and global warming. 
Project objectives:
- to learn about the concept of resilient, adaptable and sustainable green communities and to help the practical implementation of such communities in the participating countries;
- to raise the young people’s understanding on the link between the prosperity of their communities and their well-being
- to empower the young people to be more actively involved in their communities.
- to support the exchange of good practices between the participating communities and countries in the field of green development, adaptability, resilience and youth participation;
- to create impactful results such as media content and events with a goal of promoting the message of the project
